◾Register online for a test with a credit/debit card or PayPal™.
◾Print your confirmation e-mail and bring it with you to the test center.
◾Please remember to bring your acceptable and valid identification.

Make changes to or cancel your test appointment
There are two ways you can cancel or change your date for a current test registration:
– contact the Testing Center at 201-438-1808
– e-mail reschedule@knmtestingcenter.com (Subject: Cancel or change the ParaPro Assessment Test)
You are eligible for a $80 refund from your test fees if you cancel at least three full days before your test date, not including the day of your test (only through email at info@knmtestingcenter.com).
If you cancel your test before 3 days of your test date, you are eligible for $55 refund from your test fees (no refund on $30).
You may reschedule at least 24 hours before your test date through the only email at reschedule@knmtestingcenter.com (no phone calls accepted).
Test Retake
If you feel you did not perform to your potential, you may retake a Praxis test once every 28 days, not including your initial test date.
